Monolithic wheel in polyamide 6

Plain bearing roller bearing or ball bearing bore

The plain bearing bore results from a hole in the material forming the centre of the wheel and contains the axle. In the roller bearing bore the housing is obtained by moulding and contains cylindrical roller bearings with polyamide 6 cage. In the ball bearing bore the housing is obtained by moulding and contains ball bearings.

Swivel top plate bracket type NL. The plate the ball race ring and the fork are made of pressed steel zinc plated finish; swivel actions: double ball greased race with dust protection seal made of polyethilene. The king pin is integral with top plate and duly rivetted.
