Pedrini Adapter for Induction Pan Ø20 cm

Pedrini Induction Pan Adapter. A special round flat metal plate that allows you to use regular (non-induction) pans and pots on an induction hob.

The adapter is placed between the induction hob and the non-induction cookware heats it up and then transfers the heat to the pan or pot above.

It often has a heat-resistant handle or removable part which makes it comfortable to use.
